BuildSpot is provided as a convenience tool and does not sell products, act as a broker, or facilitate transactions between users and suppliers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any of the suppliers displayed in search results.

Map display, supplier search results, business details, ratings, reviews, photos, and directions are provided through Google's APIs. Your use of these features is subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service and Google Terms of Service. Google may collect data through cookies and other technologies when you interact with map and search features.

4.2 postcodes.io

Postcode-to-coordinate lookups are performed using the postcodes.io API, a free and open-source UK postcode geolocation service. BuildSpot is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of the postcodes.io service.

4.3 Google Fonts

BuildSpot loads typefaces from Google Fonts. This involves your browser making requests to Google's servers when the page loads.

BuildSpot is not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of these third-party services. If any third-party service becomes unavailable or changes its terms, certain features of BuildSpot may be affected.

5. Intellectual Property

The BuildSpot name, branding, visual design, page layout, and original source code are the intellectual property of BuildSpot and its operators. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the BuildSpot interface or branding without prior written permission.

Supplier data, map tiles, imagery, and other content provided through Google's APIs remain the property of Google and its licensors, subject to Google's terms of service.

The postcodes.io data is provided under the Open Government Licence and remains the property of its respective rights holders.
